Bryson M. Filbert
Bryson Filbert is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group. Mr. Filbert represents public and private owners, equity funds, investors and developers of all asset types, including multifamily, office, flex, self-storage, retail, manufactured housing, and mixed-use projects. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, project financing and leasing, including deal structuring (from both a debt and equity perspective), due diligence analysis, document preparation and negotiation, and formation of related legal entities. Mr. Filbert also represents both private equity funds and various local and regional lenders in connection with structured financing/mezzanine debt and traditional real estate-secured financing transactions.
Mr. Filbert also serves on the firm’s management committee and legal opinions committee.
