Matthew M. Gordon
Matthew M. Gordon is an Associate in the Land Use practice group. Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher LLP, Mr. Gordon served as an Associate County Attorney for the Prince George’s County Office of Law, gaining invaluable experience in representing the public sector in administrative, quasi-judicial, and judicial processes in a variety of land use, zoning and development matters involving Prince George’s County and the bi-county (Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties) Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Additionally, Mr. Gordon has served as a lead legal advisor to the Prince George’s County Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement in all aspects of the development, planning, zoning and entitlement processes.
Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a life-long resident of the area, where he and his family have been active in economic, social and cultural community development for generations. He is located in the Bethesda office.
