Preston D. Foulger
Preston Foulger is an associate in Linowes and Blocher’s Real Estate Transactions Practice. A Montgomery County native, his practice includes representing developers, landowners, lenders, and other interested parties on all sides of complex real estate transactions.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, contribution agreements, commercial leases, easements and covenants, and other real-estate related contracts. Preston also represents clients in the preparation of AIA contracts and other construction-related agreements. Focused on Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Frederick counties, among others, Preston has worked on several local high-value and high-profile projects, and played a central role in assisting the lender close on a recent phase of The Wharf in Washington, D.C.
A member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Preston is also active in the Montgomery County community. He currently serves on the Fundraising Committee of Housing Unlimited Inc., a local nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing for adults in mental health recovery. He is fluent in Spanish.
