Heather Dlhopolsky, Partner, was a featured guest panelist at Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s Policy Maker Series 2015 seminar “The Future of Loudoun’s Workforce”. Ms. Dlhopolsky, who chaired Montgomery County, Maryland’s Nighttime Economy Task Force, provided insight to the seminar regarding lessons learned by the Task Force on what attracts millennials to and keeps them in an area.  The panel discussion looked at the growing nationwide demand for urban centers, walkable neighborhoods and downtowns that offer the best networks, amenities and resources for a thriving lifestyle, and how Loudoun County can create this sense of community.
