Firm Represents Federal Capital Partners in $84 Million Nashville Portfolio Acquisition

Linowes and Blocher LLP recently represented Federal Capital Partners in its acquisition of a portfolio of four multifamily properties in the Nashville, Tennessee metro area for $84,000,000. The properties were acquired through a joint venture with a Northern Virginia-based operating partner and financed in part through debt provided by Capital One, National Association.  Linowes partner Bryson M. Filbert, along with associate David L. Weintraub, represented Federal Capital Partners on the due diligence, acquisition and financing of the project, while partner Jack R. Orrick handled the joint venture negotiation and documentation.  The acquired assets, having a combined 1,448 residential units, along with amenities such as tennis and volleyball courts, fitness centers, pools and walking trails, were the first for Federal Capital Partners in the Nashville area.
