Louis Dreyfus/Kaiser Permanente Deal Wins GWCAR Award

Louis Dreyfus Property Group leased 210,000 rentable square feet at Station Place Building 3 to Kaiser Permanente. Linowes and Blocher LLP represented Louis Dreyfus in the transaction, which closed in July, 2009. The transaction was named D.C. Leasing Transaction of the Year by the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR), and is a finalist for the Washington Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2009. Station Place, Washington’s largest private office development, is located next to Union Station, with direct access to the train station and metrorail. The project has a LEEDS silver rating.
