Andy has handled many significant real estate transactions in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., region, including representation of national and regional retailers in site acquisition and leasing activities. Among his most notable matters has been his 20-year representation of the Penrose Group in its development of King Farm, a planned community in Rockville, Maryland, consisting of more than 3,500 homes, a town center retail component, more than 1,000,000 square feet of office and hotel development, and a major continuing care retirement community.
