Jackson C. Siegal*
Jackson C. Siegal is an associate in Linowes and Blocher’s Bethesda office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions Practice. Jackson’s practice focuses on representing investors, developers, financial institutions, and other parties in transactions throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Jackson assists clients in matters related to the acquisition, development, management, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate.
Jackson brings extensive experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, property management agreements, and a wide range of other real estate contracts. He also prepares construction-related documents for clients with new construction and renovation projects. Additionally, Jackson has a robust background in condominium conversions and conducting commercial and residential closings.
Cognizant that the real estate business is increasingly dynamic in nature, Jackson strives to provide his clients with up to date, reliable counsel.

Represented lender in connection with $33,000,000 construction loan for a mixed-use project including retail and co-living space.
Represented equity fund in connection with drafting construction contracts for a $12,000,000, mixed-use project in downtown Washington, D.C.
