Laura Tallerico is an associate in the firm’s Land Use/Zoning Practice. She focuses her practice on land use regulation issues including zoning, planning, entitlements, and permitting.

Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher, she clerked for the Honorable Steven G. Salant of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. During her clerkship, Laura gained familiarity with administrative law practice while assisting the judge with administrative appeals. In addition to her clerkship experience, Laura interned with the Montgomery County Office of the County Attorney gaining valuable insight into the functions of county government.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. During law school, she received many accolades for her academic work and graduated magna cum laude. She also served as the Senior Articles Editor on the University of Maryland Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class and as a Student Board Member of the Women’s Law Center of Maryland.  

Laura is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland.
