Dlhopolsky Moderates "Bethesda and Beyond" Panel at Bisnow's The Future of Bethesda and Beyond! Seminar
Linowes and Blocher LLP Partner, Heather Dlhopolsky (right), moderated the “Bethesda and Beyond" panel at Bisnow's event held at the Bethesda Marriott in front of an audience of approximately 250 people. The panel, which focused on Bethesda, Rockville, White Flint, and Wheaton, discussed current workforce and office space trends – such “new ways to work” as smaller offices, more common space and amenities, and flexibility – and how this is affecting both the commercial and residential markets in Montgomery County. The panel discussed the current and future infrastructure needed both to serve existing employees and residents as well as to attract new growth to the County. Speakers were optimistic about the Montgomery County market, provided the County can solve its infrastructure needs – primarily school capacity and multi-modal transportation – in the coming years.
