Jack is a respected Partner with Linowes and Blocher as well as chair of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice. For over 25 years, he has been an active member of the Building Industry Association. His contributions to the Association throughout these two decades include providing pro-bono services as Legal Counsel to HBAM, and subsequently MBIA, a role which has included serving as a member of the Association’s Executive Committee. For many years Jack served as a member of the Legislative Committee of MNCBIA and was instrumental in working on passage of bills beneficial to the building industry as well as defeat of detrimental legislation. His contributions also include serving as a board member and pro-bono Legal Counsel for the Home Builders Care Foundation, guiding HBCF through exponential growth. As the Foundation’s Secretary, Jack was instrumental in helping Foundation leadership develop its core mission statements, guiding principles, program protocols and standards that led HBCF to earning the esteemed Seal of Excellence for Nonprofit Management and Accountability in 2011. In 2014, he was also honored with the Home Builders Care Foundation’s Directors Award for Community Service. Jack’s long-time dedication to the Association, his decades of service, and his outstanding contributions are truly commendable.
