Linowes and Blocher LLP Welcomes Jeffrey R. Murphy and Lisa Lawler Graditor
Jeffrey R. Murphy joins Linowes and Blocher as an associate in the Real Estate Transactions Group in the Bethesda office.
Mr. Murphy is actively engaged in various aspects of commercial real estate law. He represents lenders and borrowers in real estate financings, purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial landlords and tenants in retail and office leases. Mr. Murphy advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, structuring and entity formation, and document preparation and negotiation.
Mr. Murphy received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. in history from Dartmouth College. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Murphy worked for the US Government. During law school, he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and chair of the Real Estate Law Society.

Lisa Lawler Graditor joins Linowes and Blocher as an associate in the Frederick office practicing in the Land Use and Real Estate Transactions Practice Groups. Ms. Graditor represents commercial, industrial/warehouse, residential and mixed use developers and builders, as well as non-profit organizations, and financial institutions. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate development, including matters relating to zoning, site plan and subdivision approval; development of common interest projects, including commercial, residential and mixed-use condominiums and community associations; and negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, covenants, and easements of all types.
Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher, Ms. Graditor worked on national housing policy issues at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
